Passport and Visa As a consolidator of wholesale travel, Wholesale-Flights.com is not responsible for any passport or visa issues. Wholesale-Flights.com is only responsible for issuing and confirming tickets.
Please make sure that you have all of the necessary documentation before purchasing your tickets. If your tickets need to be cancelled or changed due to passport or visa issues, the cancellation/date change penalties will apply.

Rules and Conditions Wholesale-Flights.com only sells wholesale and consolidated tickets.
Any cancellations or date changes that are made after the time of the initial purchase will result in a date change or cancellation penalty. All passengers are liable for the following items:

Correct spelling of names
Flight times and airlines
Paid fare
Passport(s) and visa(s)

If there are any discrepancies at all, YOU MUST CONTACT OUR OFFICE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIVING YOUR CONFIRMATION. If Wholesale-Flights.com does not receive a written notice of a discrepancy within 24 hours, we assume that the travel information/documents received are accurate. NO CHANGES WILL BE MADE AFTER THIS GRACE PERIOD. Wholesale-Flights.com reserves the right to charge service fees. To finalize your purchase, it is necessary for us to receive a completed and signed Ticket Release Form.

Delivery and Shipping Most of our tickets are shipped through the U.S postal service, Fedex or Fedex Express. If you have already received your tracking number, you can track your package by going to www.fedex.com. Shipping Methods:
Standard us mail ($9.95 plus shipping and handling)
Insured FedEx/Express Mail Delivery ($29.95 plus shipping and handling)
Insured Fed-ex before 8:30 AM to $79.95

Make sure you have a signed, valid passport and visas, if required. Also, before you go, fill in the emergency information page of your passport!
Read the Consular Information Sheets (and Public Announcements or Travel Warnings, if applicable) for the countries you plan to visit.
Familiarize yourself with local laws and customs of the countries to which you are traveling. Remember, the U.S. Constitution does not follow you! While in a foreign country, you are subject to its laws
Make 2 copies of your passport identification page. This will facilitate replacement if your passport is lost or stolen. Leave one copy at home with friends or relatives. Carry the other with you in a separate place from your passport.
Leave a copy of your itinerary with family or friends at home so that you can be contacted in case of an emergency.
Do not leave your luggage unattended in public areas. Do not accept packages from strangers.

Prior to your departure, you should register with the nearest U.S. embassy or consulate through the State Departments travel registration Web site . Registration will make your presence and whereabouts known in case it is necessary to contact you in an emergency. In accordance with the Privacy Act, information on your welfare and whereabouts may not be released without your express authorization. Remember to leave a detailed itinerary and the numbers or copies of your passport or other citizenship documents with a friend or relative in the United States.
To avoid being a target of crime, try not to wear conspicuous clothing and expensive jewelry and do not carry excessive amounts of money or unnecessary credit cards.
In order to avoid violating local laws, deal only with authorized agents when you exchange money or purchase art or antiques.
If you get into trouble, contact the nearest U.S. embassy.
