• If you book a flight with Wholesale Flights Inc. and find the same flight cheaper within 24 hours after your booking , we will issue you a travel voucher for the price difference.
   
• You can use the travel voucher toward any future international travel within 365 days of your original purchase date.
   
• A travel voucher will be given only if you find the exact flight same flight as booked, with the same airline, dates, schedule, and booking class.
   
• To claim a travel voucher please contact Wholesale Flights Inc. and provide a link to a webpage that is showing a valid price of the flight found. The flight must be the same as one that you have purchased and must be available and bookable.
   
• Expect to receive your travel voucher within 3-4 weeks of contacting us. We'll mail it to the billing address for the credit card used to make the booking.
   

Term and Conditions

1. Price Assurance is available to any customer who makes a qualifying airfare booking with Wholesale Flights Inc. Qualifying booking must occur on/after June 5, 2009.

2. Price Assurance applies only to airline tickets booked using a valid credit card with a United States billing address.

3. Price Assurance applies only to the total airfare (base plus taxes plus government fees plus airline imposed fuel and other surcharges) and does not apply to differences based on service, booking, processing, shipping, paper-ticket and other fees and other charges not collected on the airline ticket.

4. Price Assurance does not apply to airfare rates that are not available to the general public. Rates not available to the general public include, but are not limited to, corporate discount airfares, private fares, government fares, military fares, meeting fares, wholesaler fares or consolidator fares (excluding webfares).

5. Wholesale Flights Inc. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to deny any claims that are suspected or deemed fraudulent.

6. Wholesale Flights Inc. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate Price Assurance for airfares booked on any air carrier which files for or becomes the subject of any bankruptcy proceeding, or becomes part of, or subject to a merger, acquisition, or other change in entity status.

7. Wholesale Flights Inc. Assurance will not apply in the event of natural catastrophes, acts of terrorism, third party errors, technical failures, software or system malfunctions, governmental acts, transportation stoppages or slowdowns, or other events beyond its control.

8.Wholesale Flights Inc. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate Price Assurance for any reason at any time.

9. The maximum value that can be redeemed is $250 per passenger.
